Comfortable wooden clogs made of natural materials. At Sandgrens, the art of clog making has been passed down through generations. Every clog is crafted by hand in our factory in Sweden. The VEGETABLE TANNED leather we use is tanned using natural materials, such as tree bark and plant extracts, making it the purest form of tanned leather.

Sandgrens clogs are made with high quality, natural materials and are crafted to last years and years to come. We are tired of mass-produced shoes and believe in the value of craftsmanship.

To find your Sandgrens size, stand up straight on a solid surface with your heels against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor. Then measure both feet from your heel to the tip of your longest toe to ensure a proper fit. Compare your measurement against the sizing chart we have provided.

Our clogs are completely unique and no two pairs are identical. We recommend wearing your new clogs indoors for short periods of time initially to get started on the break-in process. We do not recommend wearing your clogs for an extended period of time before they are uniquely shaped to your foot, as this may cause unnecessary pain and blisters.

For leather care, we suggest massaging the leather in between wears to soften it up and urge you to avoid using water or any heat source to speed up the break-in process. Vegetable tanned leather is the purest form of tanned leather and should be polished with shoe polish or cleaned with common shoe cleaner.

For nude vegetable tanned leather, the color will darken over time with direct sunlight but should not be treated with conditioner or protectant sprays. Nubuck leather is not water-resistant and should be cleaned with a horsehair brush to avoid permanent stains.

We do not recommend wearing wooden base clogs in heavy rain as it may result in the wood swelling. If the wood base chips, regular wood glue can be used to repair it, and sandpaper can help remove marks and dirt.
